We aim to follow modern technological developments in the our field of Hotel Management and Tourism , to provide hygienic conditions in every step of production by providing continuously updated training to our qualified human resources with a team spirit in order to fulfill the needs and expectations of our visitors in the fastest and best way possible, to provide quality and hygienic products by complying with the legislation and quality management system requirements, in order to improve the effectiveness of the quality management system to ensure the implementation of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2008), Food Safety Management System (ISO 22000 HACCP), Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSAS 18001:2007) and the Environmental Management System (14001:2004). We are acting on the principle of honesty in all of our work and implementing the highest level of occupational health and safety for our personnel. All of our employees are extremely cautious regarding this topic which is directly related to human health.

We are working in order to gain a livable environment in cooperation with environmental organizations as well as to protect the environment by carrying out eco-friendly team work. We are aiming to ensure a hygienic environment during the production and presentation of food, maintain the highest quality via continuous training, ensure the continuity of the HACCP standard via continuous realization of our goals and plans, have complete control over microbiological, chemical and physical hazards related to our products, prevent problems before their occurence by controlling every step of production and realize our production in accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Agriculture and other public agencies.
